Historic luxury

As a luxury infill home builder, Patrick needed a designer that could deliver beautiful homes that would fit the unique needs that historic mature neighbourhoods demand. He was concerned that the design firm have experience with the countless bylaws and overlays that are part of the zoning requirements from the city. He didn’t want to have to go back and forth with the City of Edmonton dealing with different interpretations of the bylaws. This would just cause delays, frustration and cost money.

In DRAW Designs, Patrick knew he found the right mix of creativity, knowledge, experience, and attention to detail for his house plans. The results have been stunning.
